Pat KochPat has been selling residential and investment Real Estate in Southern California since 1990, Pat is a native to the local area and grew up in Oceanside. Pat is a member of the North San Diego Association of Realtors and Sandicor(the MLS.) She received her bachelor of Arts degree from University of San Francisco in Business. Pat has obtained the following certifications: REO Default Certified Professional, REOTrans 146237, Platinum Certified, Resnet 27644 and 45933 Certified and CREOBA.
Bernie Schmutzler
Bernie has been licensed since 2000 and been working with Pat since 1999. He is a native of Southern California and as a BS degree from CSULB. He has completed Default School. Bernie manages all aspects of assignments. He negotiates cash 4 keys, repairs, and offers, all of the accounting and manages the staff. He is technology savvy to ensure all the latest technology is implemented.
Jaclyn Foley (Office Coordinator)
Jaclyn works in the office scheduling and coordinating occupancy, HOA details, and all bids and repairs. In addition Jaclyn ensures that all properties receive the maximum exposure. This ranges from internet marketing, flyers and the coordination of open houses.
Buyers Agents
Our team has 2 full time buyers agents. They both are experienced agents and have excellent knowledge of market conditions, loan programs and are both very people oriented. They are dedicated in holing open houses and taking calls 24/ 7 to follow up secure as may buyers as possible.
Field Associates
We have 3 field associates that cover our service areas to provide occupancy checks in the same day. They also perform our weekly inspections, digital pictures and once properties vacant they inspect the properties for damage and for any safety concerns.
Transaction Coordination
We utilize 2 transaction coordinators for a smooth escrow and for an on time closing.
